About Fashion and Print Model Mariah Matovu

Background:

Welcome to the official Modeling Webpage of Fashion, Print, Runway Model  and beauty pageant contest Mariah Matovu. U.S. citizen by naturalization, Mariah was born in Uganda and raised in both Denmark and East Africa.

At an early age, while living and going to school in Copenhagen, Denmark, she enrolled in a beauty pageant contest, came in third runner up, and has been modeling since then. Her first modeling job in the United States was a runway show for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s in 2005 benefiting cancer victims at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. Since then, Mariah Matovu has appeared in Catalogs and Magazines, and worked with many outstanding photographers/artists and Musicians throughout the U.S.A, Europe and East Africa. In 2014 Mariah held the title for Miss Santa Barbara U.S.A.  

Mariah currently spends her time between Zurich, Switzerland. Los Angeles, California. and South Beach, Florida.

Education:

Bachelor of Arts - World History and Political Science- California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Class of 2016.

Graduate — Master of Science Real Estate Finance and Investments - Pepperdine University School of Business, Malibu Campus. Class of 2018.

Graduate — Master of Business Administration ( MBA), United International Business Schools, Zurich, Switzerland. Class of 2021.

Additionally, Mariah Matovu holds a Certificate in United Nations Studies, from Seton Hall University, New Jersey.

Yoga, Wellness and Mental Health:

Mind, Body, and Soul - Mariah Matovu is currently training as a Yoga Teacher at Inner Power Yoga in Calabasas, California.
